Enclosed is a map for a parcel of property held in trust by King County as "tax title"
property. The subject property was acquired by King County in a past foreclosure sale ��i
for delinquent real property taxes. I
The subject property appears to be within the boundary of 6�' Avenue North a
Avenue North. Please review the enclosed map and notify us in writing k�y April 23, :--
1999, if possible, whether the City is interested in acquiring the property�r s
concerns regarding the sale. If interested, we will prepare the deed and forward a
copy for your review. The purchase price is $700.00 which includes the amount of
back taxes and administrative costs. The payment will be due upon your receipt and
approval of the proposed deed.
Please note, that the subject property has been offered for sale by sealed bid to the
adjo;ning owners with a deadline of April 30, 1999. Therefore, if the City does not
pursue the purchase, the County will honor the April 30`h deadline for the public sale.
