Commencing at the Northwest corner of said subdivision thence S 88°39 ' O1" E along the North line thereof 7. 5 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence S 0°16 ' 33" E parallel with the West line of said subdivision to a point 128 .0 feet North of the South line of said subdivision; thence Southeasterly to a point which is 80. 0 feet North of the South line of said subdivision, and 47. 4 feet Ea�t of the West line of said subdivision; thence S 88°36 ' 58" E parallel with said South line to the East line of said subdivision and terminus of said line.
