hereinafter called "Grantor(s)", and the CITY OF RENTON, a Municipal Corporation
of King Coun�ty, Washington, hereinafter called "Grantee".
WITNESSETH:
That said Grantor(.$), for and in consideration of the sum of $ 1•00
paid by Grantee, and other valuable consideration,
do by these presents, grant, bargain, sell, convey, and warrant unto the said
Grantee, its successors and assigns, an easement for sanitary sewer with necessary
appurtenances .over, through, across and upon the following described property
in King County, Washington, more particularly described as follows:
A fifteen (�5) foot wide contiguous easement designated below as Parcels A and B,
the centerlines of which are as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Government Lot 1, Section 32, Township
24 North, Range 5 East, W.M. , in King County, Washington; thence N. 88° 48'
58" W. 1753.72 feet to the Southeasterly right-of-way of Lake Washington
Boulevard; thence N. 39� 51' 43" E. 247.76 feet, thence on a curve to the
left with a radius of 2178.79 feet a distance of 220.23 feet to Point X;
thence continuing along said radius a distance of 29 feet to the True Point
of Beginning of Parcel A; thence S. 61� 56' 39" E. 104.5 feet; thence N.
44° 53' 21" E. 75.6 feet; thence S. 60° 26' 39" E. 89.5 feet to the terminus
of Parcel A.
AND beginning at said Point X; thence S. 55° 55' 46" E. 310.00 feet; thence
N. 28� 41' 38" E. 236. 5 feet to the True Point of Beginning of Parcel B;
thence N. 77� 10' 30" W. 117 feet; thence S. 520 01' 19" W. 60 feet; thence
N. 86° 59' 15" W. 24. 5 feet more or less to the north boundary of Parcel A
and the terminus of Parcel B and this discription.
EXCEPT the South 5 feet of the West 27 feet of the East 70 feet of Parcel B
described above.

Sai d heretofore menti oned grantee, i ts successors or assi gns, shal l
have the right, without prior notice or proceeding at law, at such times as ,
may be necessary to enter upon said above described property for the purpose ,
of constructing, maintaining, repairing, altering or reconstructing said
utility, or making any connections therewith, without incurring any legal
obl i gations or 1 i abi 1 i ty therefore, provi ded, that such constructi on, main-
taining, repairing, aitering or reconstruction of such utility shall be
a"` accompl i shed in such a manner that the pri vate i rr�rovements exi sting i n the
��-� right(s.)-of-way shall not be disturbed or damaged, or in the event they are
adisturbed or damaged, they will be replaced in as good a condition as they were
� immediately before the property was entered upon by the Grantee.
— The Grantor shall fully use and enjoy the aforedescribed premises,
�' i ncl udi ng the ri ght to retai n the. ri ght to use the surface of sai d ri ght-of-way
°� if such use does not interfere with installation and maintenance of the utility
line. However, the,,grantor shall not erect buildings or structures over, under
or across the right-of-way during the existence of such utility.
This easement, shall be a cov�nant running with the l�nd and shall be bind-
ing on the Grantor, his successors , heirs and assigns. Grantors covenant that
they are the lawful owners of the above properties and that they have a good and
