Township 23 north, Range 5 East, W.M. , in King County, Washington, commencing
at the Southwest corner of Lot 2, Block 7, Windsor Hills addition to Renton,
� according to the plat thereof recorded in volume 38 of Plats, page 22, in
� King County, Washington; thence South 0"42'40" West along the West line of
� said B7_ock 7, a distance of 80. 12 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence
� North 84�30'05" West a distance of 12 feet, this commencing the Northern Line
1,� of a 10 foot wide easement to extend North 84°30'OS" ti�est a distance of 116 feet

to the Easterly line of Vuemont Way; and from the True Point of Beginning North
84°30'05" West a distance of 12 feet, this commencing the Eastern line of a
15 foot wide easement to extend South 5°29'S5" West a distance of 340 feet.

Said heretofore mentioned grantee, its successors or assigns, shall
have the right, without prior notice or proceeding at law, at such times as
may be necessary to enter upon said above described property for the purpose
of constructing, maintaining, repairing, altering or reconstructing said
utility, or making any connections therewith, without incurring any legal
abligations or liability therefore, provided, that such construction, main-
taining, repairing, altering or reconstruction of such utility shall be
accomplished in such a manner that the private improvements existing in the right
right(s)-of-way shall not be disturbed _ or damaged, or in the event they are
disturbed or damaged, they will be replaced in as good a condition as they we re
irmnediately before the property was entered upon by the Grantee.
The Grantor shall fully use and enjoy the �aforedescribed premises,
including the right to re tain the right to use the surface of said right-of-way
if such use does not interfere with installation and maintenance of the utility
line. However, the grantor shall not erect buildings or structures over, under
� or across the right-of-way during the existence of such utility.
� This easement, shall be a covenant running with the land and shail be bind-
Q ing on the Grantor, his successors , heirs and assigns. Grantors covenant that

p they are the lawful owners of the above properties and that they have' a good and
� lawful right to execute this agreement.
