prior to placing the trailer on the site.

Project Name: Chateau at Valley Center Temporary Office.
The project consists of a temporary trailer used for marketing purposes for the new
Assisted Living facility; Chateau at Valley Center, currently under construction. The site
address is 4450 Davis Avenue South in Renton.
The trailer will be placed on an unused portion of the land used for construction. See
attached sketch. A compacted gravel parking lot with one ADA parking stall will be
provided for visitors. ·
The trailer will be temporarily hooked up to telephone, sewer and electrical utilities.
No construction cost is anticipated by this project.
No trees will be removed.
No excavation or fill will be done.
The projected time of use of the marketing trailer will be approximately from April 1st,
2004 until December 31st, 2004.
The trailer and all utility connections will be removed after use and the site will be
graveled and used for overflow parking for the Chateau at Valley Center in accordance
with already approved permits with the City of Renton.

Proposed hours of operation will be normal business hours, Monday thru Friday. One
person will occupy the trailer with occasional visitors.

dust, traffic impacts, erosion, noise, traffic control plan.
