formitywith standard plans and specifications for highway purposes and to the same
extent and purposes as if the rights herein granted had been acquired by condemnation
proceecl�.ings under Eminent Domain statutes of the State of Washington.
.._, It is mutually agreed and understood by the parties hereto that this easement
`�has been given to and accepted by Grantee subject to and upon the following conditions,
to-wit:
If any part of said right of way shall be abandoned or shall cease to be used or
maintained as a public highway by Grantee, or the route thereof changed, then as to
such part all rights under this easement shall thereafter be null and void, and such
revert to the Grantor successors.
