Commencing at the northwest corner of the fractional northwest quarter of the
northwest quarter of said Section 30;
Thence S. 0°49'41" W. along the west line of said fractional northwest quarter
a distance of 1,309.94 feet to the southwest corner of said fractional north—
west quarter;
Thence along said west line N. 0°49'41" E. a distance of 122.90 feet;
Thence perpendicular to said west line S. 89°10'19" E. a distance of 20.00
feet to the east line of the west 20 feet of said fractional northwest quarter and
the True Point of Beginning; '
Thence continuing S. 89°10'19" E. a distance of 25.00 feet;
Thence S. 0°49'41" W. a distance of 20.00 feet;

Sai d heretofore menti oned grantee, i ts successors or assi gns , shal l
have the right, without prior notice or proceeding at law, at such times as
may be necessary to enter upon said above described property for the purpose
of constructing, maintaining, repairing, altering or reconstructing said
utility, or making any connections therewith, without incurring any legal
obl igations or 1 i abi 1 i ty therefore, provi ded, that such construction, main-
taining, repairing, altering or reconstruction of such utility shall be
accomplished in such a manner that the prtvate improvements existing in the right
righ�(s)-of-way shall not be disturbed or damaged, or in the event they are
disturbed or damaged, they will be replaced in as good a condition as they were
� immediately before the property was �entered upon by the Grantee.

� The Grantor shall fully use and enjoy the aforedescribed premises,
� including the right to retain the right to use the surface of said right-of-way
� if such use does not interfere with installation and maintenance of the utility
� line. However, the grantor shall not erect buildings or structures over, under
� or across the �right-of-w�y during the existence of such utility.
This easement, shall be a covenant running with the land and shall be t,ind-
�-ing �on-_the_Grantor, his successors , heirs and assigns. Grantors covenant that
they are, the *1 awful—�owners of the above properties and that they have a good and
