LIS PENDENS
The Building Official of the City of Renton, acting under the authority of
Chapter 21, Title IV, of the Code of General Ordinances, City of Renton,
entitled "City of Renton Dangerous Building Code", hereby complains that
the subject property is a "dangerous building" as defined in Section 4-2104
of said Code and as specified below:

PARTICULARS WHICH CAUSED THE BUILDING OR STRUCTURE TO BE
A "DANGEROUS BUILDING" AS DEFINED IN SECTION 4-2104:
(a) This building because of dilapidation, deterioration and decay is in a
stage of structural failure.
(b) Because of dilapidation, deterioration and open access, this building is
an attractive nuisance to children and a harbour for vagrants, criminals and/or
immoral persons.
(c) Because of dilapidation, decay and lack of sanitation facilities, it is
unfit for human habitation.

COMMENTS: It is the recommendation of this department that this house, along with
any and all outbuildings be demolished. The cesspool on this property be removed
and/or filled and all trash and debris be removed from property. The building
should be closed to entry immediately and all items accomplished within 60 days.
A hearing will be held before the -Hearing Examiner,. secontJ or ouncil
Chambers, 200 Mill Avenue South, Renton, Washington.
TIME 2:00 p.m. DATE October 15, 1985
or such other time as the hearing may be continued.
ALL PARTIES IN INTEREST WILL BE GIVEN THE RIGHT TO FILE AN ANSWER TO THE
COMPLAINT, TO APPEAR IN PERSON OR OTHERWISE, AND TO GIVE TESTIMONY AT THE TIME
AND PLACE INDICATED ABOVE.
