PARTICULARS WHICH CAUSED THE BUILDING OR STRUCTURE TO BE
A "DANGEROUS BUILDING" AS DEFINED IN SECTION 4-2104:
A. Because of dilapidation and deterioration, the building is subject
to structural failure.
B. Because the building has become dilapidated, i.e. broken out
windows, it is an attractive nuisance to children.
C. Because of unsanitary conditions within the house, the King County
Health Department has determined the building to be unfit for
human habitation.
D. Because of combustible debris inside the building, and because of
overgrown condition of yard, the Fire Department has determined
the building to be a fire hazard.

ALL PARTIES IN INTEREST WILL BE GIVEN THE RIGHT TO FILE AN ANSWER TO THE
COMPLAINT, TO APPEAR IN PERSON OR OTHERWISE, AND TO GIVE TESTIMONY AT THE TIME
AND PLACE INDICATED ABOVE.
