Dear Tatyana Zagrebelny:
On August 5, 2016 I received two letters dated August 1, 2016 from you regarding the above-
referenced Code Violation Hearing. This indicates that you have received my letter rescheduling
your hearing for August 16, 2016, on the 10:00 a.m. docket. It is my understanding that you
have many concerns and objections to the Finding of Violations you have received. You will
have an opportunity to raise those issues and concerns at your scheduled hearing.
This hearing will take place as scheduled on Au�ust 16. 2016 on the 10:00 a.m. docket. The
hearing will occur in the Council Chambers on the seventh floor of Renton City Hall, 1055 S.
Grady Way, Renton, 98057. Please note that more than one hearing will be held starting
promptly at 10:00 a.m. If your case is called and you are not present, your appeal may be
automatically denied. If translation services are required, please call my office by August 12,
2016 so that we can schedule the appropriate translation service for your hearing.
