DOBSON READ INTO MINUTES OF MEETING After hearing evidence from the above parties present and reviewing the corres- pondence, the Board finds: 1. THE COMPLAINT OF THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR IS JUSTIFIED. 2. THE SUBJECT BUILDING IS A DANGEROUS BUILDING AS DEFINED IN SEC. 4-2102 OF THE DANGEROUS BUILDING CODE AND IS THEREFORE A PUBLIC NUISANCE. 3. IT IS UNREASONABLE TO REPAIR THIS BUILDING WITHIN THE STANDARDS ESTAB- LISHED IN SEC. 4-2103 OF THE DANGEROUS BUILDING CODE. THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS HEREBY ORDERS: 1. BUILDING TO BE DEMOLISHED. 2. THAT THIRTY (30) DAYS IS SUFFICIENT TIME IN WHICH TO ACCOMPLISH THIS ORDER, INCLUDING CLEAN-UP OF THE PREMISES AND CAPPING OF THE WATER AND SEWER LINES. Parties affected by this Finding of Fact and Order have the right of appeal to the Building Appeals Commission at the office of the Building Director within thirty (30) days of the date of service of this decision or order.
