COAL COMPANY'S ACRE TRACTS The undersigned, as Finance Director of the City of Renton, a municipal Corporation of the State of Washington, hereby certifies that there is due and owing to the City of Renton the sum of $1,073.07, together with interest at 6% per annum from February 9, 1976, the same being assessed against the afore- described real property, as the costs of demolition of a structure thereon which structure was adjudged to be a dangerous building by the City of Renton. Demolition was effected by failure of the owners thereof to accomplish same as directed by the City. Pursuant to the provisions of RCW 35.80.030 (h) the County Treasurer is hereby directed to enter the amount of said assessment of $1,073.07 upon the tax rolls against the aforedescribed property for the current year.
