OChapter 21, Title IV, of the Code of General Ordinances, City of Renton,

of Said Code and as specified below:

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF TYPE OF BUILDING OR STRUCTURE DEEMED UNSAFE:
One story wood frame residence
PARTICULARS WHICH CAUSED THE BUILDING OR STRUCTURE TO BE
A "DANGEROUS BUILDING" AS DEFINED IN SECTION 4-2102"
(A) Portions of structure are so deteriorated that they are subject to
structural failure under their designed usage.
(B) Structure is open to entry and so dilapidated as to become an
attractive nuisance to children, a harbor for vagrants, criminals
or immoral persons, and enables persons to resort thereto for the
purpose of committing unlawful or immoral acts.
(C) Structure has become so dilapidated, has inadequate sanitation
facilities, and has otherwise been determined to be unsanitary,
unfit for human habitation; and is likely to cause sickness or dis-
ease.
(D) Structure is so dilapidated and deteriorated, with faulty wiring
and heating apparatus, as to be determined to be a fire hazard.
(I) Portions of structure are likely to fail, collapse, and thereby
injure persons.

PLAINT, TO APPEAR IN PERSON OR OTHERWISE, AND TO GIVE TESTIMONY AT THE TIME
AND PLACE INDICATED ABOVE.
