� DECIARATION OF RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS
WHEREAS the undersigned F. E� ?AtidRENCE and DELIA IAWRENCE, his wife,
. are the fee owners of the following described real property in the City of Renton,

WHEREAS the owners of said described property desire to impose certain
Restrictive Covenants, to run as a covenant with the land, as to use, present and
future, of the above described real property, and such Restrictive Covenants being
imposed to reduce and minimize presently existing problems of sanitation, sewage,
and pollution, and said restricti�ns being in the public inte�est and f or the
preservation of public health and welfare, NCJ�1 THEREFORE
The undersigned owners, F� E� IAWRENCE and DELIA LAWRENCE, his wife,
her.eby establ�sh, grant and impose the f ollowing restrictions and c�venants rtinning �
with the above described land which said restrictions and covenants shall be binding
upon the undersigned owners, their successors, heirs and assi�ns, to-wit:
SANITARY SLWERS

No building structure of more than one single family
residence shall be built on either of the above described
lots, and no building permit shall be issued therefor,
until such time as adequate and proper sanitary sewer
facilities have been constructed to serve. the above
`^ described properties. This restriction and covenant

shall apply to all multiple structures that c;�ould otherwise
be permitted in [zesidence District (R 2) and (R.-3) zoning.
This restriction and covenant shall be effective for a
period o£ five (5) years from date of execution hereof. '
Any violation or breach of the aforespecified Restrictive Covenant may be enf orced
by proper legal procedures in the Superior Court of King County by either the City
of Renton, a municipal corporation, or any other propert wner adversely affected
