Said heretofore mentioned Grantee, its successors of assigns, shall have the right, without prior notice or proceeding at law, at such time as may be necessary to enter upon said above described permanent easement for the purpose of constructing, maintaining, repairing, altering or reconstructing said utilities, or making any connections therewith, without incurring any legal obligations or liability therefrom, provided, that such construction, maintaining, repa.iring, altering or reconstruction - of s�d utilities shall be accomplished in such a manner that the private improvements existing in the easement area shall not be d�sturbed or damaged, or they will be replaced in as good a condition as they were immediately before the property was entered upon by the Grantee. The Grantor shall fully use and enjoy the aforedescribed premises, including the right to use the surface of said permanent easement if such use does not enterfere with installation and maintenance of the utilities. RENi�UN,YdA 9�)�i s , • , . .. . .1 Y t This easement, shall be covenant running with the land and shall be binding on the Grantor, its successors, and assigns unless or until such time as the aforedescribed premises become abandoned with respect to said use for public utilities at which time the full rights of ownership without encumbrance of easements shall revert to the Grantor, its successors, and assigns. Grantors covenant that they are the lawful owners of the above properties and that they ha.ve a good and lawful right to execute this agreement.
