Permanent Easement Oescription:
A strip of land 30 feet in width over, across and under the above described
property, being 15 feet on each side of a centerline described in Attachment
"A" which is by this reference made a part hereof. The City of Renton
reserves the right to niodify said centerline slightly during and or after
construction to identify the centerline as constructed. Major realignment
wili be reviewed wii� cne praper•iy owner prior to modiricaiion.
Together With a Temporary Construction Easement Described as:
A strip of land 50 feet in width being 25 feet on each side of centerline
described in Attachment "A". .
Said temporary construction easement shall rernain in force during construction
and until such time as the utilities and appurtenances have been accepted for the
operation and maintenance by the Grantee but no later than Oecember 31 , 1985 . �

Said heretofore mentioned grantee, its successors or assigns, shall have
the right, without pr•ior notice or proceeding at law, at such times as may be
l, necessary to enter upon said above described property for the purpose of construct-
f ing, maintaining, repairing, altering or reconstructing said utilities, or making
any connections therewith, without incurring any legal obligations or liability
therefore, provided, that such construction, maintaining. repairing, altering or
reconstruction of said utilities shall be accomplished in such a manner that the
private improvements existing in the right(s)-of-way shall not be disturbed or
damaged, they will be replaced in as good a condition as they were immediately
before the property was entered upon by the Grantee.

The Grantor shall fully use and enjoy the aforedescribed premises, including
the right to retain the right to use the surface of said right-of-way if such use
does not interfere with installation and maintenance of the utilities. However,
the grantor shall not erect buildings or structures over, under or across the
right-of-way during the existence of such utilities.
This easement, snall be a covenant running with the land and shail be binding
on the Grantor, his successors, heirs and assigns. Grantdrs covenant that they
are the lawful owners of the above properties and that they have a good and lawful

The bearings and coordinates herein are based on the Washington State
Coordinate System, North Zone, as established by the King County Aerial
Survey. The bearings were established by calculating the bearing from
the southeast section corner to the west quarter corner according to the
coordinates of record and adjusting to that meridian.
The intent of the centerline of the easement is to follow the centerline
of the sewer as constructed.
