Permanent Easement Description:
A sxrip of land 10 �eet in width over, across and under the above described
property, being 5 feet on each side of a centerline described in Attachment
"A" a;hich is by this reference.m�de a part hereof. The City af Renton
reserves the right to modify said centerline slightly duriny and or after
const�•uction to identify the centerline as constructed. Major realignment
will be reviewed with the property owner prior to modification.
Together With a Temporary Construction Easement Described as: ,
A strip of land 3U feet in width being 15 feet on each side of centerline
described in Attachment "A",
Said te►nporary construction easement sh�ll remain in force duriny construction

Said heretofore mentioned grantee, its successors or assigns, shall
have the right, without prior notice or proceeding at law, at such tirnes as
may be necessary to enter upon said above described property for the purpose
of constructing, maintaining, repairing, altering or reconstructing said
utility, or making any connections therewith, without incurring any legal
obligations or liability the refore, provided, that such construction, main-
taining, repairing, altering or reconstruction of such utility shall be
accomplished in such a manner that the prtvate improvements existing in the right
right(s�-of-way shall not be disturbed or damaged, or in the event they are
disturbed or damaged, they will be replaced in as good a condition as they were
imrediately before the property was entered upon by the Grantee.
The Grantor shall fully use and enjoy the aforedescribed premises,
including the right to re tain the right to use the surface of said right-of-way
if such use does not interfe re with installation and maintenance of the utility
�, line. However, the grantor shall not erect buildings or structures over, under

The bearings and coordinates herein are based on the Washington State
Coordinate System, North Zone, as established by the King County Aerial
Survey. The bearings were established by calculating the bearing from
the southeast section corner to the west quarter corner according to the
coordinates of record and adjusting to that meridian.
The intent of the centerline of the easement is to follow the centerline
of the sewer as constructed.
