heirs and assigns, hereby agree and covenant to accept and participate in the Sierra Heights Local -;,
Improvement District (LID 335). �-�
I/We acknowledge that: -
l. This agreement was freety enterecl intc� in consideration c�f the City of Rente�n allowing -:'
connection to the sanitary sewer system at a time prior to the completion ��f the L[D final
assessment roll and the associated public hearing.

� 2. We do receive benefit from the Sierra Heights Sanitary Sewer and will not prutest or appeal the
� inclusion of this parcel in the LID.
� 3. We reserve the right to participate in the public hearing for the LID and protest or appeal the
1!� amount of the tinal LID assessment durinb said hearing.

� 4. The terms and conditions of this agreement will remain in effect until the Ordinance establishing
� the Sierra Heibhts LI!�#335 h<<s heer, ac�opted by City C�uncil and recorded with King County at
which time this agreement will terminate. �
