For and in consideration of the Renton Wastewater Utility granting a permit to connect to and utilize �-.

the Sierra Heights Sanitary Sewers, the owner(s) of the above described property, their successors, =-;
heirs and assigns, hereby agree and covenant to accept and participate in the Sierra Heights Local m
Improvement District (I.ID 335). ':�

I/We acknowledge that: ��;
� 1. This agreement was freely entered into in consideration of the City of Renton allowin�
�
� connection to the sanitary sewer system at a time prior to the completion of the LID final
� assessment roll and the associated public hearing.

0 2. We do receive benefit from the Sierra Heights Sanitary Sewer and will not protest or appeal th�
� inclt:sion of this narcel in the LID.
�
� 3. We reserve the right to participate in the public hearing for the LID and protest or appeal the
amount of the final LID assessment during said hearing.
4. The terms and conditions of this agreement will remain in effect until the Ordinance establishing
the Sierra Heights LID#335 has been adopted by City Council and recorded with King County at
which time this agreement will terminate.
