King County Tax Account # 778900-0230 , legally described as follows:
Lot 46, Sierra Heights Division #2.
For and in consideration of the Renton Wastewater Utility branting a permit to connect to and utilize
the Sierra Heights Sanitary Sewers, the owner(s) of the above described property, their successors,
heirs and assigns, hereby agree and covenant to accept and participate in the Sierra Haights Local
Improvement District (LID 335).
1/We acknowledge that:
1. This agreement was freely entered into in consideration of the City of Renton allowing
connection to the sanitary sewer system at a time pri��r tu the eompletion c�f the LTD final
assessment roll and the associated publi� hearing.
2. We do receive benefit from the Sierra Heights Sanitary Sewer and will not protest or appeal the
inclusion of this parcel in the LID.
� 3. We reserve the right to partici�ate in the public hearing for the LID and protest or appeal the
0 amount of the final LID assessment during said hearing.
M 4. The terms and conditions of this agreement will remain in effect until the Ordinance establishing
pthe Sierra Heights LID#335 has been adopted hy City Council and rec,orded with King County at
