GO hereinafter called "Grantor", and the CITY OF RENTON, a Municipal
Corporation of King County, Washington, hereinafter called "Grantee".
WITNESSETH:
That said Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of $1.00, one and
no/100 dol 1 ar, paid by Grantee, and other val uabl e consideration, do by
these presents, grant, bargain, sel l , convey, and warrant unto the said
Grantee, its successors and assigns, an easement for public utilities
(including water and sewer) with necessary appurtenances over, through,
across and upon the following described property in King County,
Washington, more particularly described as follows:
� Portions of Lot 7, Washington Technical Center, Vol ume 122 of
plats, pages 98 through 102 inclusive, records of King County,
15.00 f eet i n wi dth and 1 yi ng 7.50 feet on each s i de of a
centerline described as follows: I
Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Lot 7. Thence along I
the south line of said Lot North 88°45'32" West, 137.00 feet to a �I
point hereinafter referred to as point "A"; thence continuing I
North 88°45'32" West, 181.00 feet to the Southwest corner of
said Lot 7; thence along the West line of said Lot North
07°57'10" West, 306.00 feet to a point hereinafter referred to as
point "B"; thence continuing North 07°57'10" West, 159.99 feet to
the Northwest corner of said Lot 7;
Also beginning at the aforementioned point "A" and thence I�
proceeding North 01°14'28" East, 60.00 feet to the terminus of
said centerline.
Also beginning at the aforementioned point "B" and thence II
proceeding North 82°02'50" East, 30.00 feet to the terminus of �
said centerline. I
Said heretofore mentioned Grantee, its successors or assigns, shall have I
the right, without prior notice or proceeding at law, at such times as may I
be necessary to enter upon said above described property for the purpose of i
constructing. maintaining, repairing, altering or reconstructing said I
utilities, or making any connections therewith, without incurring any legal '
obligations or liability therefore, provided, that such construction. I
maintaining, repairing, altering or reconstruction of said utilities shall
be accomplished is such a manner that the private improvements existing in ,
the right(s)—of—way shall not be disturbed or damaged, they will be
replaced in as good a condition as they were immediately before the �
property was entered upon by the Grantee. li
The Grantor shall fully use and enjoy the aforementioned premises,
including the right to retain the right to use the surface of said right—
of—way if such use does not interfere with installation and maintanance of
the utilities. However, the Grantor shall not erect buildings or
structures over, under or across the right—of—way during the existence of
such utilities.

This easement, shal l be a covenant with the land and shal l be binding on
the Grantor, his successors, heirs and assigns, Grantors covenant that they
are the lawful owners of the above properties and that they have a good and
lawful right to execute this agreement.
