the right. without prlor notice or proceeding at law. at such times as may be
�ecessary to enter upon satd above descrlbed property for the purpose of cpnstruct-
ing. maintaining. �epairing. altering or reconstructing said utilitles. or making
any connections therewlth. wlthout lncurring any legal obligations or 11sb�ility
therefore. provlded� that such constructlon� maintaining, repairing, altering or

private lmprovemehts existing in the right(s)-of-Way shall not be dlsturbed or
damaged. they will be replaced 1n as good a condltlon as they were immedla.tely

the rlght to retain the right to use the surface of said rlght-of-way 1f such use
does not lnterfere with lnstallatlon and malntenance of the uttlitles. Nowever.
the grantor shall not erect buildings or structures over. under or across the
right-of•way during the exlstence of such utilitles.

on the Grantor. h1s successors. heirs and asslgns. Grantors covenant that they
