of Washington :
Commencing at centerline intersection of SE 18th Stree�t and Grant Avenue
thence northerly along the centerline of Grant Avenue a distance of
514. 60 feet, thence N 64 33 ' 38" E 30 .00 feet to the northeasterly
right-of-way margin of Grant Avenue South and the true point of
beginning ; thence continuing N 64 33 ' 38" E 46 . 00 feet: thence S 85 E
35 . 00 feet to a point hereafter to be known as point "A" ; thence

Said heretofore mentioned grantee, its successors or assigns , shall '
have the right, without prior notice or proceed�ing at law, a1; such tirnes as
may be necessary to enter upon said above ciescribed property for the purpose
' of constructing, maintaining, repairing, alterir�y or reconstructing said
utility, or making any connections therewith , withnut incu►,ring any legal
obl i gations or 1 i abi 1 i ty there fore, provi ded, that such constructi ari , main-
taining, repairing, altering or reconstruction of such utility si�all be
accomplished in such a manner that the prtvate improvernents existing in the right
right(s)-of-way shall not be disturbed or dama���cl, or in the event they are
disturbed or damaged, they will be replaced in as good a condition as they were
imn�ediately before the property was entered upon by the Grante�.
The Grantor shall fully use and enjoy the aforedescribed premises ,

.D if such use does not interfere with installation and maintenance of the utility
0 line. However, the grar�tor shall not erect buildings or structures over, undcr
