by and between STEPHEN AND MICHELLE COOPER; hereinafter called "Grantor(s)",
and the CITY OF RENTON, a Municipal Corporation of King County, Washington,
hereinafter called "Grantee".
WITNESSETH:
That said Grantor(s) , for and in consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR AND

Said Temporary Construction Easement shall remain in force during construction
and until such time as the utility (street irnprovemen*) has been accepted for
operation and maintenance by the Grantee but not later than November 1 , 1988.
