State Highway south of line 97.5 feet south of north line and westerly of
line running from point 207 feet west of NE corner thereof to a point 190
feet west of SE corner.
Temporary Easement
Miscellaneous driveway re-grading and re-paving shown on Exhibit "A" of
the following described property:
Tax Lot #154, Section 8, Township 23 North, Range 5 East. A portion of
the NW 1/4 of SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 lying easterly of the
State Highway south of line 97.5 feet south of north line and westerly of
line running from point 207 feet west of NE corner thereof to a point 190
feet west of SE corner.
GRANTEE IS TO PROVIDE: Continuous 5 foot high chain link fence w/colored
vinyl slats and 6 inch high curb along the top of
the rockery.
Said Temporary Construction Easement shall remain in force during construction
and until such time as the street improvement has been accepted for operation
and maintenance by the Grantee but not later than November l , 1988.
