Together with a temporary construction easement described as follows: A strip of land being 15 feet in width lying adjacent to and parallel with the Northerly and Easterly line of the above described property. Said temporary construction easement shall remain in force during construction and until such time as the utilities and appurtenances have been accepted for the operation and maintenance by the Grantee, but not later than October 1, 1990. Grantor agrees to pay the city' s normal hookup charge for water and sewer service at the time the residential � lots are developed. Currently, such charges amount to � $1 ,320 per lot.
