The Grantor shall fully use and enjoy the �foredescribed premises ,

if such use does not interfere with installation and maintenai��ce of the ut�ili�ty
line. However, the grantor shall not erect buildings or structures over, under
or across the �ri�ght-of-way during the existence of such utili�:y.
This easement, shall be a covenant running w�ii:h the land and shall be l,ind-
ing on the Grantor, his successors , heirs and assigns. Grantors covenant triat
they are the 1 awful owners of the above proper� aricl that they have a good and
1 awful ri ght to execute thi s agreement.
