NOW, THEREFORE, the aforesaid owners hereby establish, grant and

impose restrictions and covenants running with the land hereinabove �`;
described with respect to the use by the undersigned, their successors,
heirs and assigns as follows:

1. Al1 land clearing, tree cutting and landscaping shall be ��
installed and maintained in accordance with landscaping and pruning
standards, to be approved by the Development Services Division prior to the
issuance of a Building Permit.
2. Tree replacement during the useful life of the project shall be
done in accordance with the following schedule:
