Said hertofore mentioned grantee, it ' s successors or assigns, shall have
the right, without prior notice or proceeding at law, at such times as may
be nec�ssary to enter upon said above described property for the purpose of
constr�cting, maintaining, repairing, altering or reconstructing said
utilities, or making any connections theretiTith,without incurring any leeal
obligations or liability therefore, iorovided, that such construction,
mainta�ning, repairin�r, altering or rzconstruction of said utilities shall
be accomplished in such a manner that the �rivate im�rovements existing
