COVENANT
The John A. Burkheimer Trust, as owner of the property legally described on the ,
attached Exhibit A, hereby covenants to install three Kuansen cherry trees on said �
property along Rainier Avenue South between Tobin Avenue and the driveway as part
of the development of Airport Plaza. This covenant shall run with the land and the
owner agrees to maintain these trees according to proper maintenance procedures and
not destroy said trees.
