hereby grants and conveys an access easement (as shown on the attached Exhibit "A") per an
engineering plan approved by City of Renton, a Municipality Corporation of King County, for
the project known as: River Ridge
for the City of Renton as Grantee, to enter said easement for the purpose of observing that the
owner(s), their successors and assigns, are properly operating and maintaining the drainage
facilities constructed pursuant to the above referenced plan and contained within said easement
area.
The owner(s) of said parcel are responsible for operating, maintaining and repairing the �
drainage facilities contained within said drainage easement, and are hereby required to obtain
written 2pproval from the City of Renton prior to filling, piping, or cutting or rem�ving
vegetation (except for routine landscape maintenance such as lawn mowing), in o�en vegetated
drainage facilities (such as swales, channels, ditches, ponds, etc.), or performing any alterations
or modifications to the drainage facilities, contained within said drainage easement.
