Whereas the City of Renton has requested that adjoining �
properties join in developing a single access area for both �
properties for access and utilities , now therefore it is agreed �

That an easement is hereby granted for ingress , egress and
utilities , to serve both ownerships , over and across an area 30
ti feet in width , which begins at the North end of the common line
pC between the above parcels and runs thence Southerly along said
� comman Ii.ne a distance of 100 feet and is over the Wester. ly 12-
_. 1/2 feet oF the Feighner real property and the Easterly 17-1/2

�,� Improvements on said easement area shall be constructed by

tion shall be done in a workmanlike manner and the adjoining
' property shall be restored as close to its original condition

dled by and paid for the the using party, w;_th equal sl:��ring if
used by both parties .
