THE GRANTOR, PACCAR Inc, a Delaware Corporation, for and in �
consideration of $4 and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, conveys and quit claims to the City of Renton, a
municipal corporation, for public street purposes (which shall include but not
be limited to utilities, vehicle traffic, pedestrian and bicycle traffic) the
following described real estate, situated in the County of King, State of
Washington, together with all after acquired title of the Grantor therein:

� This deed is intended to convey an easement for public street purposes as
p defined above. Grantee, by acceptance of this conveyance (as evidenced by
recordation hereof) , agrees that upon withdrawal or suspension of usage as a
� public facility as directed by Grantee (City of Renton) , then all right, title
�T, and interest of Grantee in and to the real property herein conveyed shall be
vacated to and revested in the Grantor, its successors and assigns.

All that portion of the south half of Section 8, Township 23 North, Range 5 East,
W.M. in the City of Renton, King County, Washington described as foilows:
Commencing at the east quarter comer of said Section 8, from which corner the
northeast section corner bears N01°02'09"E; thence N89°27'25"W, along the east-west
center of section line, 2647.56 feet to an existing center of section monumerrt;
thence S01°02'40"W 60.00 feet to the south line of the north 60.00 feet of said
south half; thence S89°27'25"E, along said south line, 187.07 feet to the
northeasterly margin of the Burtington Northern Railroad right of way and the TRUE
POINT OF BEGINNING of the herein described tract; thence continuing S89°27'25"E
