engineering plan approved by City of Renton, a Municipality Corporation of King County, for

owner(s), their successors and assigns. are properly operating and maintaining the drainage
facilities constructed pursuant to the above referenced plan and contained within said easement
area.
The owner(s) of said parcel are responsible for operating, maintaining and repairing the �
drainage facilities contained within said drainage easement, and are hereby required to obtain
written appro�aI from the City of Renton prior to filling, piping, or cutting or removing
vegetation (except for routine landscape maintenance such as lawn mowing), in open vegetated
drainage facilities (such as swales, channels, ditches, ponds, etc.), or performing any alterations
or modifications to the drainage facilities, contained within said drainage easement.

Commencing at the Southeast corner of said lot 7; thence
