This easement is to correct and replace that easement recorded
under Auditors File number 9203031537 to show correct ownership;
being Mick C. Santa and Carol J. Santa, husband and wife, and
Robert B. Tomberg and Marlene K. Tomberg, husband and wife, and not
being S. T. Properties; and to correct Legal Description for
Utility and Access Easement as described in Exhibit B; as
previously recorded in King County on March 3, 1992 .
UTILITY AND ACCESS E�ISEMENT

wife, and Robert B. Tomberg and Marlene K. Tomberg, husband and
wife, hereinafter called the GRA1�lTaR, and Burnstead Construction
Company, hereinafter called the GR�d�EE,
WITNESSETH:
That WHEREAS the GRANTOR herein is the owner of that certain
parcel of land described as follows, to-wit�

� That the said GRANTOR, for and in consideration of the sum of
One Dollar in hand paid by the GRANTEE, and other valuable
consideration, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do by these
presents grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto the said
GRANTEE, its heirs, successors and assigns, a permanent utility and
access easement, for the purpose of constructing, operating,
maintaining, inspecting, repairing, or replacing utility lines and
all necessary facilities and equipment, over, across, through, and
under the property hereinafter described, situated in King County,
Washington, being more particularly described as follows;

AND,
The terms and conditions of this easement are as follows:
1. The Grantee shall have access to and from the property to
fulfill the purposes set forth aboveo
2 . The Grantee shall, when exercising its rights under this
easement, maintain and, when necessary, restore the premises to a
condition similar to that which existed prior to any activity taken
pursuant to this easement.
3. Grantor(s) shall take no action to impede the access of
Grantee to the described property and shall promptly remove, at
their expense, any obatructions to access upon notification by
Grantee.
