Grantor shall have the right to fully use and enjoy the Easement Property, including the right to use the surface of the Easement Property if such use does not interfere with the installation, use and maintenance of the traffic signal system on the Easement Property. The Grantor may construct a road over the Easement Property but shall not erect any buildings or structures over, under or across the Easement Property as long as the traffic system on the Easement Property is in existence.
