JOINT USE DRIVEWAY EASEMENT
WHEREAS, Myron E. Wood__ is the owner of the
property located at 3017 N.E. 16th Street, Renton, Washington; and
WHEREAS, Erv�n �,u�.e-. is the owner of the
property located at 1518 Kirkland Avenue N.E. , Renton, Washington;
and
WHEREAS, the City of Renton, as a condition for developing
� certain nearby property, was required to install curbs, gutters,

�� sidewalks and other street improvements; and

� WHEREAS, the parties to this agreement must now share a curb

N cut for driveway purposes; and

access to a small portion of the other party's property in order to
fully access this joint use driveway.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE PARTIES HERETO DO COVENANT AND AGREE AS
FOLLOWS:

County, Washington, said easement being more particularly described as follows:
