RELEASE AND RECONVEYANCE OF PARRING
EASEMENT AND AGREEMENT
THIS RELEASE AND RECONVEYANCE OF PARKING EASEME�TT AND
AGR EMENT (the "Release") is made and entered into this "����( day of
�t�-�L, , 1993 between SERVICE LINEN SUPPLY, INC. ("SERVICE
LINEN")I, Lauren Jassny, David H. Jassny and Robert B. Raphael
(collectively, "Jassny/Raphael") and David Jassny and Camille B.
Jassny and Robert Raphael, as his separate estate (collectively,
"Grantor") .

oA. Grantor is the fee owner of that certain real property
� legally described in Exhibit A ("Parcel C") , which is encumbered by
� that certain Parking Easement and Agreement dated November 21, 1985
� and recorded December 11, 1985 under King County Auditor's No.
� 8512110625 (the "Parking Easement") .

;,� B. The Parking Easement benefits real property owned by
SERVICE LINEN and by Jassny/Raphael, which real properties are
legally described in Exhibits B and C, and which are hereinafter
referred to as Parcels A and B, respectively.
C. Grantor wishes to sell Parcel C and as part of the
transaction release the Parking Easement and substitute a parking
easement on other real property to be acquired by Grantor (and
Jennifer L. Naimy, wife of Robert B. Raphael) concurrent with the
sale of Parcel C.
D. Jassny/Raphael are the successors in interest to the
prior owners of Parcel B, the S J Company, which was wholly owned
by Frank Raphael and Paul Jassny as tenants in common.
E. SERVICE LINEN and Jassny/Raphael are willing to accept
the release of the Parking Easement and substitution of parking on
other property to be acquired by Grantor.
NOW, THEREFORE, for valuable consideration, the receipt and
sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged by the parties, the
parties agree as follows:

1. Release and Reconveyance of Easement. The easement
created by the Parking Easement is hereby fully released and
reconveyed.
2 . Termination of Parkinq Easement. As of the date hereof,
the Parking Easement shall be deemed terminated in its entirety and
SERVICE LINEN and Jassny/Raphael, as owners of Parcels A and B,
hereby release and quitclaim to Grantor any interest they have in
Parcel C which was created by the Parking Easement.
3 . Substitution of New Parking Easement. The parties (and
Jennifer L. Naimy) have entered into that certain Substitute
Parking Easement and Agreement of even date herewith (the
"Substitute Agreement") and such Substitute Agreement shall replace
the Parking Easement, in its entirety, and shall encumber property
other than Parcel C.
