hereinafter called "Grantor(s)," and the CITY OF RENTON, a Municipal Corporation of
King County, Washington, hereinafter called°Grantee."
That said Grantor(s), for a valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
the owner(s)in fee of that certain parcel of land, described as follows:
That portion of the West half of the East half of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 4,
Township 23 North, Range 5 East, W.M., in King County, Washington, described as
follows:
Beginning at the South quarter corner of said Section 4;
Thence North O 1° 16' 12" East, a distance of 1305.19 feet, to the SE corner of the
northeast quarter of the southwest quarter of said Section 4;
Thence North 88° 38' 40" West, a distance of 640.23 feet, to the true point of
beginning;
Thence North O1° OS' 22" East, a distance of 430.00 feet;

� The owner(s) of said parcel are responsible for operating, maintaining and repairing the

� drainage facilities contained within said drainage easement, and are hereby required to obtain written

� approval from the City of Renton prior to filling, piping, or cutting or removing vegetation(except for
� routine landscape maintenance such as lawn mowing), in open vegetated drainage facilities (such as

�` swales, channels, ditches, ponds, etc.), or performing any alterations or modifications to the drainage

SURFACE WATER UTILITY
That portion of the west half of the east half of the northeast quarter of the southwest
quarter of Section 4, Township 23 North, Range 5 East, W.M., in King County,
Washington, described as follows:
Beginning at the south quarter corner of said Section 4;
Thence North O 1° 16' 12"East, a distance of 1305.19 feet to a one-sixteenth corner;
Thence North 88° 38'40"West, a distance of 640.23 feet;
Thence North O1° OS' 22" East, a distance of 143.5 feet to the true point of beginning;
Thence continuing North O1° OS' 22" East, a distance of 286.5 feet;
Thence South 88° 38' 40" East, a distance of 162.00 feet, more or less, to station point
