These covenants shall run with the land arid expire vn December 31,
2025. If at any time improvements are installed pursuant to these
covenants, the portion of the covenants pertaining to the specific
instailed improvements as required by the Clydinances of the Ciry af

� Any vioiation or breach of these restrictive covenants may be enforced by pmper tegal

� pracedures in the Superior t:ourt of King County by either the City af itenton ar any

� property owners adjoining subject property who are adversely affected by said
breach.
