for which a covenant was filed under King County Auditor's File No. 9301061660, has requested z
the Ciiy of Renion to review the continued appiicaY�iiity of ti�e covenant. The coveriant sta�ed as r-
follows:
"Any future use, within the structure or structures built or to be built on Parcel 'B', which �'�
occupies 2,000 square feet, or more, shall be subject to environmental review by the „
City of Renton or its designees, to ensure that the activities undertaken on said parcel �.,

The Environmental Review Committee of the City of Renton has determined that at this time the
