APPROVAL OF MINUTES

2011. The motion carried.

None.
CORRESPONDENCE
Request from Retiree 2783 for reimbursement of a medical expense not
typically covered by the plan. Upon review of the letter of inedical necessity, G.
Taylor moved to approve,J. Matthew seconded. Motion carried.
Request from Retiree 8420 for purchase of hearing aids. Upon review of the
audiology report and request from healthcare provider, R. Anderson moved to
approve,J. Phelan seconded. Motion carried.
