Council Member The meeting was called to order at 7:59 by J. Phelan.

G. Taylor moved and R. Anderson seconded approval of the minutes of
Greg Taylor December 21, 2010. The motion carried.
Council Member
NEW BUSINESS
A motion was made by R. Anderson and seconded by K. Parker to nominate J.
Phelan as Chair of the LEOFF Disability Board for 2011. The motion carried.
CORRESPONDENCE
Request from Retiree 8146 for reimbursement of a medical expense not
typically covered by the plan. Upon review of the letter of inedical necessity, G.
Taylor moved to approve, R. Anderson seconded. Motion carried.
Request from Retiree 7020 for reimbursement of a medical expense not
city staff typically covered by the plan. R. Anderson moved to approve, J. Matthew
Maria Boggs
secretary seconded. Motion carried.

mboggs@rentonwa.gov $5,661.00. K. Parker moved to approve up to the limit of $5,600.00, R.
Anderson seconded. Motion carried.

COMMENTS&ANNOUNCEMENTS
Retiree Jack Haworth passed away on January 15. At his request, no services will be held.
Meeting schedule for 2011: January 25, February 22, March 22, April 26, May 24,June 28,July
26, August 23, September 27, October 25, November 22, and December 20
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business of the Board, R. Anderson moved and G. Taylor seconded the
adjournment of the meeting at 8:24 a.m.
