The CITY OF RENTON does hereby abandon and release all rights acquired under a portion of the above
referenced easement as described on E�chibit "A", attached hereto; �
But this release shall not impair the easement rights acquired and recorded under King County Recording No.
7809250902 as to the easement therein described not hereby released. Except as explicitly released by this
document the remaining City Easement rights shall remain in full force and effect. � '
