COMPLAINT OF THE BUILDING DIRECTOR IS JUSTIFIED. 2. THE SUBJECT BUILDING IS A DANGEROUS BUILDING AS DEFINED IN SECTION 4-2102 OF THE DANGEROUS BUILDING CODE AND IS THEREFORE A PUBLIC NUISANCE. 3. WE CONCUR WITH MR. JENSEN'S PROPOSAL TO DEMOLISH OR THE REMOVAL OF THE SUBJECT BUILDING WITHIN NINETY (90) DAYS. THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS HEREBY ORDERS: 1. THE BUILDING BE DEMOLISHED OR REMOVED. 2. IN THE INTERIM BETWEEN DEMOLITION OR REMOVAL, BUILDING MUST BE CLOSED TO UNAUTHORIZED ENTRY. A REASONABLE TIME FOR SAID DEMOLITION OR REMOVAL, INCLUDING UNCOVERING AND FILLING OF SEPTIC TANK AND FINAL CLEAN UP IS NINETY (90) DAYS, JANUARY 17, 1973. Parties affected by this Finding of Fact and Order have the right of appeal to the Building Appeals Commission at the office of the Building Director within thirty (30) days of the date of service of this decision or order.
