The Building Director of the City of Renton, acting under the authority of
Chapter 21, Title IV, of the Code of General Ordinances, City of Renton,
• - entitled "City of Renton Dangerous Building Code", hereby complains that
the subject property is a "dangerous building" as defined in Section 4-2102
of said Code and as specified below:

PARTICULARS WHICH CAUSED THE BUILDING OR STRUCTURE TO BE A
"DANGEROUS BUILDING" AS DEFINED IN SECTION 4-2102:
A. BECAUSE OF DILAPIDATION AND DETERIORATION,BUILDING IS
SUBJECT TO STRUCTURAL FAILURE.
B. BUILDING HAS BECOME SO DETERIORATED AS TO BECOME AN
ATTRACTIVE NUISANCE TO CHILDREN AND A HAZARD TO THE PUBLIC.

C. BECAUSE OF THE LACK OF SANITATION FACILITIES , THE DILAPIDATION
AND DECAY, THIS BUILDING HAS BEEN DEEMED BY THE KING COUNTY i
HEALTH OFFICER TO BE UNFIT FOR HUMAN HABITATION AND IS LIKELY
TO CAUSE SICKNESS OR DISEASE.
D. BECAUSE OF THE DETERIORATION, FAULTY WIRING AND HEATING
APPARATUS, SAID BUILDING IS DEEMED A FIRE HAZARD.
I. PORTIONS OF THIS' STRUCTURE ARE LIKELY TO COLLAPSE AND THEREBY
INJURE PERSONS.
