ROUND TABLE DISCUSSION
Shawn made a suggestion that the board members attend a luncheon at Merrill Gardens.
This would be a great opportunity for board members to share with residents of Merrill
Gardens exactly what is available at the Renton Senior Activity Center.
Mary Brown is going to give Shawn a contact person and phone number. December 16'
is the suggested date to go to Merrill Gazdens.
Milt Tiede suggested that past board members be asked to attend an occasional board
meeting. Shawn responded that that has been made available to past board members and
is still available to any that would want to attend a meeting.
Peggy Budziu wanted to know if the thank you cards that she sends out could be printed
with a generic message instead of Peggy handwriting each one. Shawn suggested he and
Peggy look into this possibility.
With the conclusion of the regular business partf the board meeting Terry Higashiyama
and Kris Stimpson invited board members to give their suggestions for priority items for
the 2014 agenda.
