• Service Animals—there are ADA policies/rules for Service and Comfort animals that
come into a public facility. There have been incidences where rules for service animals were
not adhered to. We can't reject them out of the building but they do have to abide by certain
rules. Pat, Dorothy and Marge were on a committee that came up with a Code of Conduct for
Service Animals, They simplified ADA rules for easy understanding. Submission of this
document was.sent to the City Attorney and approved. If a service animal is violating a rule a
trained staff member will approach the owner and present a copy of the Code of Conduct. This
is a good source of information and will be administered by Shawn Daly.

Sandra Polley—this was happening as I came in today. Coming down the hall to go up the
stairs two peopie almost collided. The lady knows 1'm on the committee and said to me, "gee,
it would be nice if we had some of those mirrors they have at the hospital. They go in the
corners and you can see coming and going." I let her know I would mention it.
Bill Clapp—asked the cost of the Senior Review tickets; answer-$3.00. Bill said he has a
. request for eight (8) tickets from friends; can he take tickets and sell them? Shawn has no
problem with that.
Dorothy Cook—can a person bring a sack lunch and sit at a table with their friend during the
lunch hour? Shawn said the answer is N0. The lunch program is designed for Senior Services
