FINDING OF FACT AND ORDER
Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 21 , Title IV, Code of General Ordinances
entitled Dangerous Building Code and the complaint of the Building Director
dated JUNE 23 1971 fixing the date, time and place of a hearing to
hear testimony of the Building Director and all parties in interest, said hear-
,.' ing was held in the Council Chambers, Rerpton, Municipal Building, Renton, Wash-
ington beginning at 10 o'clock J A.M. , AUGUSTh31 197 1 .

After hearing evidence from the above parties present and reviewing the corres-
pondence, the Board finds :
`1 1 . COMPLAINT OF BUILDING DIRECTOR IS JUSTIFIED.
2. THE SUBJECT BUILDING IS A DANGEROUS BUILDING AS DEFINED IN SECTION 4-2102
OF THE DANGEROUS BUILDING CODE AND IS THEREFORE A PUBLIC NUISANCE.
3• IT IS REASONABLE TO REPAIR THIS BUILDING WITHIN THE STANDARDS ESTABLISHED
IN SECTION 4-2103 OF THE DANGEROUS BUILDING CODE.
THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS HEREBY ORDERS:
1. THE ROOF, GUTTERS, PORCHES, STAIRS, PLUMBING, ELECTRICITY AND HEATING BE
REPAIRED TO MINIMUM HOUSING CODE STANDARDS AND THE BUILDING BE MAINTAINED
CLOSED TO UNAUTHORIZED ENTRY.
2. SIXTY (60) DAYS IS A REASONABLE TIME IN WHICH TO COMPLETE THESE REPAIRS.
Parties affected by this Finding of Fact and Order have the right of appeal to
the Building Appeals Commission at the office of the Building Director within
thirty (30) days of the date of service of this decision or order.
