' ' FINDING OF FACT AND ORDER
Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 21-, Title IV, Code of General Ordinances
entitled Dangerous Building Code and the complaint of the Building Director,
dated JUNE 23 197 1 fixing the date, time and place of a hearing to
hear testimony of the Building Director and all parties in interest, said hear-
ing was held in the Council Chambers, Renton, Municipal Building, Renton, Wash-
ington beginning at 10 o'clock A .M. , JULY 13, 197 1

After hearing evidence from the above parties present and reviewing the corres-
pondence, the Board finds :
1 . THE COMPLAINT OF THE BUILDING DIRECTOR IS JUSTIFIED.
2. THE SUBJECT BUILDING IS A DANGEROUS BUILDING AS DEFINED IN SECTION 4-2102
OF THE DANGEROUS BUILDING CODE AND IS THEREFORE A PUBLIC NUISANCE.
3. IT IS NOT REASONABLE TO REPAIR OR REMODEL THIS BUILDING WITHIN THE
STANDARDS ESTABLISHED IN SECTION 4-2103 OF THE DANGEROUS BUILDING CODE.
THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS HEREBY ORDERS:
THAT THE DWELLING AND GARAGE BE DEMOLISHED„THE SEPTIC TANK AND CESS POOL,
BE FILLED, AND THE DEBRIS BE REMOVED FROM THE SITE. THIS WORK TO BE ACCOMPLISHED
WITHIN 60 DAYS.
Parties affected by this Finding of Fact and Order have the right of appeal to
the Building Appeals Commission at the office of the Building Director within
thirty (30) days of the date of service of this decision or order.
